7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team. This role offers full-time hours, valuable management and leadership experience, and competitive pay.

If you enjoy working with a team and have supervisory experience, we’d love to talk with you. You will lead customer service, ensure policies and Health Department standards, and use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Restaurant Management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership with the Restaurant Leader for all staff.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with policies and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain food safety, presentation and freshness of all products.
• Analyze P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.
