Qualifications

• Oversee and supervise restaurant staff alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure restaurant conditions comply with company policies and health standards.
• Maintain food freshness and presentation.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.
