Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Florida. This role focuses on leading a restaurant management team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring operations meet all policies and Health Department standards.

Qualifications

Experience supervising restaurant teams and leading service delivery.
Strong understanding of P&L and store reporting.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in foodservice.

Responsibilities

Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with the restaurant leader.
Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department standards.
Maintain proper food preparation, presentation and freshness.
Utilize P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
