Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers; oversees onboarding and payroll.
• Creates work and training schedules; manages performance and coaching.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and safety standards.
• Deploys crew during shifts and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and good working order.
