Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader in Maryland to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. This fast-paced role requires leadership of hourly crewmembers and a focus on guest service.

With 3+ years of restaurant or retail management, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license, you will oversee onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and daily shifts while earning competitive pay, weekly deposits, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers
• Owns the onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules
• Manages the performance of all hourly crewmembers (development, coaching, documentation)
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards
• Provides exemplary customer service
• Completes other duties as assigned
