Raising Cane’s is hiring a full-time Assistant Restaurant Leader in New York, NY. You will support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture, and drive exceptional guest service in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant/retail management, a high school diploma (some college preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates work and training schedules.
• Manages performance and coaching of hourly crew.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and accountability.
