Alvarado Restaurant Nation in Colorado—Grand Junction is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader, oversee operating hours, and supervise crew and shift leaders. You will monitor SOS, cash procedures, payroll, and daily inventory to ensure standards are met.

This position emphasizes coaching, performance appraisals, and driving guest satisfaction while aligning with company values. A robust benefits package is offered upon eligibility.

Formación

• 1+ years supervisory experience in food service or retail with profit & loss accountability, schedule writing and team member development.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations.
• Resolve most on-site customer complaints.
• Conduct periodic food safety audits.
• Provide ongoing coaching to crew on service, quality and speed of service.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables to meet margin and sales targets.
• Manage cash procedures, deposits, opening/closing safe and payroll audits.
• Ensure facilities and equipment meet company standards daily.
• Monitor inventory, food prep and order fulfillment to adhere to standards.
• Oversee shift staffing, crew deployment and training for new hires (STP).
• Conduct crew performance appraisals and merit decisions.
