• Maintains fast, accurate service and guest relations, ensuring quality Standards.
• Resolves most on-site customer complaints.
• Conducts periodic food safety audits.
• Coaches crew on service speed, product quality and customer service.
• Analyzes sales and labor data to meet margins and sales targets.
• Oversees cash procedures, deposits, and payroll timekeeping.
• Ensures facilities and equipment meet company standards.
