The candidate should have 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a high school diploma or GED, and a proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L accountability, scheduling, and staff development.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations while ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Resolves most on-site customer complaints.
• Conducts periodic food safety audits.
• Coaches crew on customer service, product quality and speed of service.
• Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and controllables to meet margin and sales targets.
• Handles cash procedures including deposits and audits of the cash control system.
