Job summary

Alvarado Restaurant Nation in Colorado’s Denver area seeks an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader with shift coverage and direct supervision of operations.

You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold quality standards, coach crew, and manage daily inventory, cash procedures, and staffing. A path toward broader leadership is offered with strong performance in food safety and team development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L accountability and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in supervising hourly staff and coaching for performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring quality standards.
• Resolve most on-site customer complaints.
• Conduct periodic food safety audits.
• Coach crew on service quality and speed.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables to meet margin and sales targets.
• Oversee cash procedures and payroll timekeeping.
• Ensure facilities and equipment meet company standards.
• Manage daily inventory, food prep, and order fulfillment to standards.
• Train new staff on sales-building techniques and STP program delivery.
• Conduct crew performance appraisals and merit awards with RGM approval.
