Job summary

Alvarado Restaurant Nation is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader in Colorado to assist the Restaurant Leader with supervision, staffing, and daily operations. You will ensure fast, accurate service, uphold quality standards, and coach crew members across shifts.

The role includes managing cash procedures, payroll, inventory, and safety audits while driving guest satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory experience in food service or retail with profit & loss accountability
• High school diploma or GED required
• Supervisory experience in food service or retail environments
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service and guest relations, ensuring quality standards.
• Resolves most on-site customer complaints.
• Conducts periodic food safety audits.
• Coaches crew on service, product quality and speed of service.
• Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and controllables to meet margins and growth targets.
• Oversees cash procedures and timekeeping/payroll processes.
• Ensures facilities and equipment meet company standards.
• Monitors inventory and daily order fulfillment; manages staffing levels.
• Trains new crew and delivers STP program documentation.
