Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader in Massachusetts. You will support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Cane's standards and culture, and supervise crew in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant management, strong communication, and flexibility with shifts; the company offers weekly pay, training incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible to work days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly non-management crewmembers
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crew
• Creates crew work and training schedules
• Manages performance and coaching of hourly crewmembers
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Enforces company policies and standards
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards
• Uses tools and logs to support shift execution and corrective actions
• Provides exemplary customer service
• Rewards and recognizes crew members
• Approves employee functions requiring manager approval
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility operation
• Completes other duties as assigned
