Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all areas of restaurant operations.

The role involves managing onboarding, scheduling, performance, cash handling, guest service and ensuring the restaurant stays clean and compliant. Compensation starts from $55,000 annually plus a $750 training incentive, with weekly pay and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Own onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manage performance including coaching and documentation.
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce policies and standards and ensure safe operations.
