The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to manage shifts, execute BOH procedures, and maintain a productive, positive work environment aligned with our mission and core values.

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the food industry.

Aufgaben

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met consistently.
• Verify hands-washing and adherence to standards.
• Complete food safety checklists regularly.
• Coach team members through conflicts and be a role model.
• Hold team members accountable for “Own your zone” tasks.
• Conduct zone walks to ensure task completion.
• Review deployment charts and ensure proper team placement.
• Execute BOH shift change procedures.
• Complete zone assessments and plan breaks.
• Post daily goals and use the SWS form.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishes and back-of-house areas.
