You will collaborate with the Residential Manager to oversee daily operations, safety, and person-centered supports, guiding staff and ensuring program goals are met in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and supervise direct care staff.
• Ability to ensure safety, dignity, and quality care in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of a residential program.
• Supervise and coach direct care staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Foster a positive, therapeutic home environment promoting independence and growth.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies, including HIPAA.
• Monitor documentation, incident reports, and quality assurance processes.
• Assist with staff scheduling, payroll review, and workforce accountability.
• Oversee safe transportation, meals, and dietary needs as per plans.
