Archway Programs is seeking an Assistant Manager to support 24-hour residential group homes in Burlington County, NJ. This role assists managers, plans weekly staff schedules, and helps develop and monitor Individualized Housing Plans (IHP).

You will help ensure QA, policy adherence, and licensing compliance while maintaining client confidentiality and culturally sensitive care. On-call hours may be required alongside the Group Home Manager.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree – preferred

• Maintain division policies and QA standards.
• Guard client confidentiality.
• Provide culturally sensitive services.
• Deliver respectful, timely and professional client care.
• Cooperate with Archway Programs, DHS and DDDS representatives during inspections.
