Qualifications

• Associate degree in the Human Service-related field with six years' relevant experience including supervisory.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED with ten years in OPWDD and at least five in supervision.
• Ability to handle confidential information, multi-task, analyze problems and initiate corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of a Residential Program, including evening shifts.
• Assign tasks and supervision levels per procedures and policies.
• Monitor documentation of individuals' programming for accuracy.
• Ensure safety, quality, and staff performance meet organizational standards.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and staff performance monitoring.
• Maintain program vehicles and ensure adherence to driving procedures.
• Conduct morning, evening, meal, and medication observations.
• Manage food requisitions and inventory according to dietary plans.
