Qualifications

Associate degree in human services with OPWDD experience.
High school diploma with substantial OPWDD supervisory background.
Experience handling confidential information and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
Certifications (SCIP, AMAP, CPR/First Aid) and valid NYS driver's license.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day Residential Program operations, evenings and other shifts as needed.
Communicate effectively to support the organization’s mission and values.
Maintain accurate daily documentation for individuals' programming.
Monitor goals for client safety, quality, satisfaction, and staff performance.
Prepare incident reports, corrective actions, statistics, and QA functions.
Oversee payroll for reports and ensure staff payroll accuracy.
Ensure program vehicles are maintained and staff follow driving procedures.
Conduct Morning/Evening/Meal/Medication observations for safety.
Observe safeguarding plans during meals and activities.
Review food orders and ensure diet-compliant menus.
