We're seeking compassionate, organized, and motivated Assistant Residential Managers to join our Residential Services team in Burlington County, NJ. In this leadership role, you'll help oversee the daily operations of a residential program that supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.

As the Assistant Residential Manager, you'll partner with the Residential Manager to ensure the program operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all state regulations and agency standards. You'll serve as a leader, mentor, and advocate while helping individuals achieve greater independence and meaningful life goals.
