Catholic Charities - Diocese of Trenton is hiring a Residential Specialist at our IBHS - Residential Burlington site in Burlington, NJ. The role supports residents with daily living skills and participates in care planning under supervision.

Full-time, evenings, 40 hours per week, with responsibilities across documentation, safety, and program operations. The position requires relevant education/work experience and appropriate licenses as listed, with a strong emphasis on behavioral health

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with several related work experiences.
• Professional licensure (LPN/RN) with related work history.
• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or human services is preferred.
• Combination of college credits with relevant experience acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily living skills support and life skill development for residents.
• Assist residents with weekly schedules and external activities.
• Maintain safety and security of residents and facility.
• Collaborate on Individual Recovery Plans for residents.
• Supervise self-medication and ensure accuracy of medications.
• Keep current client records according to accrediting standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors to maintain safe, clean group home operations.
• Serve as petty cash Responsible Person and reconcile monthly logs.
• Manage residents' food and personal spending logs.
• Identify maintenance needs and submit work orders.

Educación

High school diploma/GED

LPN license

RN license

Bachelor's degree in mental health/ human services
