Equinox Nashville is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead the PT department. You will drive coaching development, program quality, and member experience while collaborating with Membership Advisors on PT value and sales takeovers.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, onboarding new coaches, and maintaining high standards of service and performance management within a luxury health environment.

Qualifications

• Current national certification, CPR/AED, First Aid.
• Exercise Science or Sports Management Degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue with focus on attracting new clients and retention.
• Leadership experience in educational, fitness or management settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence in PT department and coach development.
• Collaborate with club leadership to communicate PT value and drive sales.
• Oversee onboarding and administration for new coaches.
• Maintain PT presentation standards and performance management.
• Recruitment and retention of coaches; lead weekly team meetings.
