Job summary

Equinox in Miami is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead the PT department operations and elevate the member experience. This three-to-six-month special assignment focuses on developing talent, maintaining presentation standards, and driving revenue through quality coaching and service.

You will mentor coaches, manage onboarding, and collaborate with Operations and Sales to deliver a category of one member experience.

Qualifications

• Current national certification, CPR/AED, First Aid required.
• Exercise Science or Sports Management Degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue with sales focus and client retention.
• Collaborative leadership and strong interaction with members, clients and staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence for the Personal Training department at the club level.
• Support payroll, time & attendance, and onboarding logistics for coaches.
• Drive business by executing monthly action plans and training initiatives.
• Maintain PT presentation standards andブランド norms.
• Mentor ramping coaches and serve as Manager on Duty when required.
• Foster team culture and opportunities for professional development.
