Equinox Nashville is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead the PT department, shape team culture, and drive member engagement. You will build high-performing trainer teams, set service standards, and influence monthly client acquisition and retention through leadership and strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes developing talent, delivering sales training, and collaborating with other club departments to support a premium Equinox experience for members and staff alike.
