Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead the PT department and drive operational excellence at the club level. You will build team culture, set service standards, and oversee client outreach to meet monthly and annual department goals.

You will develop and manage the PT staff, deliver timely feedback, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless member experiences while supporting growth and education opportunities.

• Proven ability to hire, direct and develop staff with accountability.
• Strong sales skills with focus on attracting new clients and retention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with multiple departments.
