Job summary

Equinox is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead operational excellence, coach development, and education for the PT department. You will report to the Personal Training Manager and guide a high-performing team while driving the business and delivering a best-in-class member experience.

The role requires a current national PT certification, CPR/AED/First Aid, and a passion for coaching, with strong sales acumen to grow PT programs and member engagement.

Qualifications

• Current national PT certification and CPR/AED/First Aid are required.
• Sales skills with a focus on attracting new clients and retention.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaches and oversee PT programming and service standards.
• Drive PT sales initiatives and drive revenue through membership growth.
• Oversee onboarding, education, and development of training staff.
• Collaborate with club management and People & Culture to manage performance.
