• 2+ years’ experience in real estate, commercial preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI.
• Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and financial activities for a commercial building.
• Maintain relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare ownership reports, budgets and other assigned reports.
• Process work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments.
• Ensure vendor compliance and oversee property maintenance.
