Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in property management within the commercial real estate industry.
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
• Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage properties from operations and financial activities.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and property owners.
• Manage service contracts and bid packages; complete property inspections.
• Prepare ownership reports, budgets, and other reports as assigned.
