Trinity Property Consultants in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and financial performance at a multifamily property. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience and maintain operational excellence.

This role focuses on rent processing, collections, move-ins/outs, applications, and inspections, with opportunities to contribute to market surveys and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI and Asana is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments according to company standards.
• Assist with collections, renewals, and move-in/out documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation meeting company standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for timely service resolutions.
• Support daily operations and leasing activities as assigned.
