Trinity Property Consultants in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and financial performance of our multifamily properties. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience and maintain operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in multifamily management, strong customer focus, and solid tech skills (MS Office, Yardi, ADP).

Compensation:$25 to $27 hourly,depending on experience,plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with availability for weekends as needed.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional looking to continue growing within multifamily property management.

Availability & Travel
This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, as well as occasional travel for company events or meetings.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.
Physical Demands
This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
