Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Philadelphia to support daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily property. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, manage leasing processes, collections, and administrative tasks.

This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure high-quality service and compliant

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications preferred but not required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Intermediate MS Office/SharePoint/ADP skills; familiarity with Yardi/Entrata/Asana a bonus.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; occasional travel for events or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Receive, post rent payments per company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain accurate tenant files and financial records.
• Show, lease, and move-in/residents; process applications and renewals.
• Perform property inspections; coordinate with maintenance and vendors.
