Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Saint Louis is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver outstanding resident experiences, manage leasing and collections, and handle administrative tasks across properties.

The role focuses on accuracy, customer service, and teamwork within a multifamily setting, with a schedule typical of weekday office hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) are preferred but not required. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office and SharePoint; ADP. Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI and Asana is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with collections including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain all resident files and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and vendors for prompt service resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues.
