Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Washington, DC, seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily property. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, manage leasing activities, collections, and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals with at least 2 years in multifamily property management, a high school diploma, and proficiency in MS Office,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily residential property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with Yardi and Entrata is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations and financial performance.
• Assist with leasing, collections, and resident relations.
• Process applications, renewals, move-ins/outs, and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with maintenance vendors.
