Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Washington, DC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance of the property. You will collaborate with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, maintain operational excellence, and support leasing, collections, and administrative functions.

This role fits a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional aiming to grow in multifamily property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) are preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint; experience with ADP. Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI and Asana is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Process rent payments and post them in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial transactions, including credits and debits.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
