Trinity Property Consultants in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and financial performance of our multifamily properties. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience and maintain operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in multifamily management, strong customer focus, and solid tech skills (MS Office, Yardi, ADP).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Process rent payments and post according to company standards.
• Assist with collections and past-due balances.
• Maintain resident files and financial records.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and deposit accounting.
• Perform regular property and unit inspections; coordinate with maintenance.
• Provide excellent resident service and resolve concerns.
• Support the Property Manager with daily ops and special projects.
