Trinity Property Consultants in Minnesota's Eden Prairie area is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, financial performance, leasing, and resident services under the supervision of the Property Manager.

You will handle rent processing, applications, move-ins/outs, inspections, vendor coordination, and records with attention to detail and customer focus; the role offers a stable schedule, opportunity for growth, and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software such as Yardi/Entrata.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, post rent payments and assist with collections.
• Process applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Perform inspections and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial records.
• Support the Property Manager with daily operations and special projects.
