Mission Rock Residential LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property management operations at Dahlia Village in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on delivering excellent resident service, explaining lease policies, and ensuring timely payments and adherence to leases.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Explain policies related to screening qualifications and application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees owed, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implement procedures for collecting on delinquent balances, and enforce the lease.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
