Picasso Hire, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations at our Scottsdale property. Under the Community Manager, you will help manage administrative tasks, ensure compliance, and promote occupancy through marketing and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing and marketing to drive property occupancy.
• Meet and greet prospective residents and vendors with a courteous attitude.
• Qualify potential residents per needs and Fair Housing regulations.
• Conduct property tours highlighting apartment features and benefits.
• Complete market surveys as requested by the Community Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Monitor and pursue delinquent rents and address resident requests.
• Assist in resident retention programs and social activities.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding residents, personnel, or property conditions.
• Manage daily operations aligned with company objectives.
• Demonstrate customer service and teamwork in a leadership capacity.
• Understand regulatory compliance and financial oversight for property management.
• Drive leasing initiatives and retention strategies.
