Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Phoenix, AZ to provide information, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents. You will deliver excellent customer service to current residents to foster a positive living environment.

Responsibilities include leasing activities to maximize occupancy, guiding tours of the community and amenities, handling resident communications, and adhering to Fair Housing regulations in all interactions with clients

Qualifications

1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
Basic math skills required.
Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
