Qualifications

• Minimum three years of progressive property management & Leasing Agent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi and Knock experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with exceptional customer service and foster good resident relations.
• Assist in training and supervising on-site staff as a leadership team member.
• Follow REE policies, enforce procedures, and support mission and values.
• Assist with rent collection, late fees, and maintenance requests as needed.
• Maintain site records, prepare for inspections and participation in budgets.
• Coordinate marketing outreach and resident retention activities.
