The Assistant Property Manager plays a vital role in the day‑to‑day operations of a residential or commercial property portfolio, supporting the Property Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant property management. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a passion for real estate and a commitment to exceptional tenant experiences. The Assistant Property Manager will assist in leasing activities, maintenance coordination, financial tracking, and resident relations, contributing directly to property performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full‑cycle leasing process, including marketing vacancies, conducting property tours, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date tenant records, lease files, and move‑in/move‑out documentation in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors to schedule repairs, track work orders, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and manage property operations, including rent collection, late fee processing, and payment reconciliation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
