Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties is seeking a Property Manager on-site in Minnesota to support the property management operations and act as a liaison between the office, guests, and residents regarding maintenance and issues.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, scheduling maintenance, processing long-term residency applications, managing finances, and assisting with events. Strong MS Office skills and multitasking ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of on-site property management experience.
• Strong customer service and basic knowledge of building structures.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, including email and financial systems.
• Experience performing administrative tasks and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in all aspects of property management.
• Liaise between our office, guests, and residents on maintenance and other issues.
• Respond to questions and complaints promptly.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders for repairs.
• Order inventory and obtain estimates for repairs.
• Process new applications for long-term residency, including background checks.
• Assist Activities team with hiring entertainment and managing ticket sales for events.
• Manage petty cash, accounts payable/receivable, and banking reconciliations.
• Manage calendars and perform general administrative tasks.
