Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Pequot Highlands in Salem, MA. The role supports the Property Manager with leasing, resident relations, rent collections, and property administration in a 250-unit community.

Pay range is $30.00-$33.00 per hour depending on experience. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential to act as Property Manager in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 1 year of property management/ related experience.
• Ability to work Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; must have driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and web-based business apps.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a multifamily community and provide excellent resident service.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and renewals.
• Monitor rent collections and assist with delinquency management.
• Prepare financial reports and property documentation.
• Serve as acting Property Manager when needed.
