Heritage Estates Apartments in Affton, MO seeks an Assistant Property Manager to join Monarch's team. You will support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, help maximize lease renewals and show apartments to prospective residents while earning commissions.

This is a full-time, on-site role at Heritage Estates. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in multifamily housing, strong computer skills (Yardi/CRM IQ a plus), and excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong computer skills; Yardi/CRM IQ a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with problem-solving ability.

Multifamily Housing | Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

• Competitive pay - $19.00 to $21.00 per hour + commissions
• Aggressive renewal commissions – up to $100 per renewal
