Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations and management of federally subsidized housing developments.
• Assist with leasing, rent collection, lease enforcement, and resident certification.
• Ensure compliance with HUD rules and agency policies.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on preventive maintenance and unit inspections.
• Explain and implement housing programs, policies, and procedures to staff and residents.
• Resolve tenant conflicts and coordinate with community partners.
