Friedman Real Estate in St. Louis seeks an energetic Assistant Community Manager to support daily apartment community operations and enhance resident satisfaction.

You will handle leasing duties, show apartments, process applications, assist with rent collections, and coordinate with the Community Manager while maintaining strong resident relations. Proficiency in Yardi, CRM, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-family property management
• Experience with Yardi and CRM strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize paperwork
• Maintain positive relations with residents and prospects
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
• Show apartments, process applications and other leasing activities
• Assist with rent collections, accounts payable and accounts receivable
