The successful Assistant Property Manager will work with the Property Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of the property. Strong understanding of HUD and Tax Credit experience are essential. You'll provide customer service to residents and visitors, and take the initiative and provide direction to staff. Work with the Front Desk and Maintenance site teams and coordinate resident engagement and events.
This is an on‑site position. Gardner House is an affordable apartment community in Seattle for low‑income individuals and families.
Pay: $25-30/hour, dependent on experience.
