Job summary

Bluecore Residential in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager, drive delinquency down, and lead leasing and collections for an ultra-luxury high-rise community downtown.

You will walk the show path, close leases, encourage electronic payments, supervise evictions, handle residency inquiries, and coordinate with maintenance to deliver an exceptional resident experience while protecting profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Leasing Manager or Assistant Property Manager roles.
• Leasing experience and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Comfort with computer/technology tools; Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead rent collection efforts and reduce delinquency.
• Close leases and convert leads to deposits.
• Process and supervise eviction proceedings as needed.
• Inspect apartments after move-ins/move-outs.
• Handle residency inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate with office and maintenance teams to deliver service.
• Provide exceptional customer experience for residents and prospects.
• Assist the Property Manager when needed.
