Bluecore Residential in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager, drive delinquency down to zero, and lead leasing efforts. You will be the backbone for the community’s sales, coordinating tours, collecting rents, and ensuring a top-tier resident experience.

You will work with the office and maintenance teams to maintain curb appeal, respond to inquiries, and promote electronic payments while maintaining professional conduct and outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Experience in a Leasing Manager or Assistant Property Manager role.
• Leasing experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software; Yardi preferred.
• Reliable transportation to perform duties on and off site.

Responsibilities

• Lead rent collection efforts and reduce delinquency.
• Support the Property Manager and cover duties in their absence.
• Assist with showings, tours, and leasing activities.
• Coordinate property tours and maintain curb appeal.
• Process residency inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to deliver great resident experiences.
