Job summary

Bluecore Residential seeks a Leasing Consultant for an ultra luxury high-rise in downtown Indianapolis. You will drive occupancy by meeting leasing goals, showcasing the property, and delivering sapphire-standard service to residents and prospects.

The role rewards proactive selling, strong customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Experience in leasing, customer service or sales is preferred; knowledge of Yardi software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer/technology skills; Yardi software preferred.
• Reliable transportation to perform duties on and off site.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy by meeting leasing goals and promoting the property with professionalism.
• Generate leads by posting ads and keeping the website accurate.
• Show units and amenities, ensuring curb appeal and a strong first impression.
• Engage with residents and prospects, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain the pipeline with detailed notes and timely follow-ups.
• Close leads during tours and secure deposits when appropriate.
