Job summary

Bluecore Residential in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Property Manager for an ultra-luxury high-rise downtown asset. You will drive leasing success, oversee budgeting, occupancy at 95%, and lead a resident services program to exceed retention metrics.

You will hire and develop talent, partner with leadership to improve operations, and embrace Bluecore’s transparent, tech-forward culture while leveraging Yardi and market data to maximize NOI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Experience managing luxury Class A apartments, high-rise or midrise preferred.
• Experience budgeting, revenue enhancement and expense control.
• Experience directly supervising a team.
• Experience using Yardi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain revenue by achieving budgeted occupancy and monitoring market dynamics.
• Adhere to budget, track expenses and report variances monthly.
• Lead leasing, renewals, work orders and turnover goals with the team.
• Attract, train and retain top talent across property roles.
